                               RESOLUTION NO. 19216
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
                   ANGELA JAMES RELATIVE TO ASSISTANCE WITH THE
                   MEDICAL INSURANCE AND SAFETY PROGRAMS AT A
                   COST OF EIGHT AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($8.50) PER
                   HOUR WITH A MAXIMUM OF SIX HUNDRED FORTY
                   (640) HOURS PER QUARTER FOR TWO (2)
                   CONSECUTIVE QUARTERS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Personal Services Contract with Angela James 
relative
       to assistance with various projects with the Medical Insurance 
and
       Safety Programs and within the Community Development Office at 
the
       rate of $8.50 per hour, with a maximum of 640 hours charged per
       quarter for 2 consecutive quarters.
